What are your shipping costs?

We are using New Zealand Post for our domestic and overseas shipments.

- New Zealand prices

NZ$15 per item NZ wide / Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days.

- Overseas prices (using courrier service - taxes & Duties may apply at arrival and will have to be paid by our customers):

Note that on our website, at checkout, the New Zealand GST (15%) will be removed prior to payment.

Australia: NZ$75 per item / Delivery time 5 to 10 working days

Europe: NZ$125 per item / Delivery time 5 to 10 working days

China: NZ$125 per item / Delivery time 5 to 10 working days

Hong Kong: NZ$125 per item / Delivery time 5 to 10 working days

UK: NZ$150 per item / Delivery time 5 to 10 working days

USA: NZ$175 per item / Delivery time 5 to 10 working days

 

What is your return and refund policy?

We want you to love your purchase. 

If your sheepskin is faulty or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. For change-of-mind returns, we accept items in original condition within 14 days. Please contact us to arrange your return.
