How do I clean my sheepskin?

For regular maintenance, shake your sheepskin outdoors to remove dust and debris. For spot cleaning, use a damp cloth with a small amount of wool-safe detergent and gently blot the affected area. Allow to air dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight.

Can I machine wash my sheepskin?

We recommend hand washing only for our premium sheepskin products. Use cool water (30°C maximum) with a wool-specific detergent. Gently agitate, rinse thoroughly, and reshape while damp. Dry flat away from direct heat.

How should I store my sheepskin when not in use?

Store in a cool, dry place with good air circulation. Avoid plastic bags—use a breathable cotton storage bag instead. Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

From where your sheepskin are sourced?

All our sheepskin products are sourced from New Zealand farms. Due to limited number of naturally coloured sheepskin in New Zealand we might not be able to supply our items all year round. But you can always message us, and we will try to allocate a sheepskin as soon as it is available.

What are your shipping costs?

We are using New Zealand Post for our domestic and overseas shipments.

By default, our website is showing our pricing in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Our website may convert into the standard currency in your country. Hipi & Co reserves the right to change prices our our items and shipping rates at anytime.

What is your return and refund policy?

We want you to love your purchase. 

If your sheepskin is faulty or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. For change-of-mind returns, we accept items in original condition within 14 days. Please contact us to arrange your return.
